By using NexusHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please disconnect from the service immediately.
Access & Accounts
"You must be 18+. Keep your password safe. If you're a Developer, you agree to our vetting process. If you're a Client, you own your content."
To access the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. NexusHub reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our vetting standards or engage in suspicious activity.
Billing & Subscriptions
"We charge $70 for dev, then $1.50+/mo for hosting. We accept M-Pesa and Cards. If you miss a payment, we keep your site live for 14 days before freezing it."
Certain aspects of the Service are provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Subscription renewals are automatic. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your instance (Website/App) after a 14-day grace period.
AI & Generated Content
"Gora AI helps you write code and text. You own the output, but don't use it to generate illegal stuff or hate speech. We aren't liable if the AI hallucinates."
NexusHub provides AI features via 'Gora AI'. You retain ownership of inputs and outputs. You agree not to use Gora AI to generate unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content. NexusHub makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated output.
Hosting & Uptime
"We aim for 99.9% uptime via our Edge Network. But if the internet breaks (force majeure), don't sue us."
NexusHub strives to maintain 99.9% Service availability. However, the Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party upstream providers, natural disasters, or acts of God (Force Majeure).
Termination
"You can leave anytime. We can ban you if you break the law or these rules. If you leave, you can export your data."
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Data export tools are provided for 30 days post-termination.
Limitation of Liability
"We are building great tech, but we aren't responsible if your business loses money while using our tools."
In no event shall NexusHub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, under the local jurisdiction laws.
