privacy@gnexus.comData Collection
We collect what you give us (email, name) and what your browser tells us (IP, device). If you use Gora AI, we process your prompts.
We collect Personal Data that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for the Service, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the Service, or otherwise when you contact us. This includes technical data such as IP addresses, browser types, and operating system details.
How We Use Data
To make the platform work. To bill you. To train Gora AI (anonymized only). We don't sell your data to advertisers.
We use personal information collected via our Service for a variety of business purposes described below: to provide and maintain our Service; to notify you about changes to our Service; to provide customer support; to gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service; to monitor the usage of our Service; to detect, prevent and address technical issues.
Security Protocols
We use bank-grade encryption (AES-256). Your data is safer here than in a filing cabinet.
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
AI & Data Training
Gora AI learns from patterns, not your secrets. Your private code and client lists are excluded from general model training.
Data submitted to Gora AI features may be used to improve the quality and accuracy of our models. However, proprietary code repositories, private database connection strings, and personally identifiable information (PII) flagged as 'Confidential' within the NexusHub dashboard are excluded from global model training datasets.
