The Prohibited List
Malicious Content
Hosting malware, botnets, viruses, trojans, or any code designed to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems.
Phishing & Fraud
Deceptive sites impersonating other brands, banks, or services to steal credentials or financial data.
Violence & Hate
Content promoting terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against protected groups. Zero tolerance policy.
Resource Abuse
Crypto mining, torrenting, or scripts intended to degrade the performance of the NexusHub Edge Network.
Spam Operations
Unsolicited bulk emailing (UBE) or hosting landing pages for spam campaigns managed elsewhere.
Illegal Goods
Selling drugs, weapons, counterfeit items, or illicit digital goods violates our terms immediately.
Enforcement Protocol
What happens when a violation is detected.
Detection
Automated scanning or manual report received.
Investigation
Trust & Safety team reviews content (avg. 2 hours).
Action
Content removal or account suspension.
Appeals
User has 48 hours to appeal the decision.
Fair Use & Resources
NexusHub operates on a shared edge network. To ensure stability for all clients, individual deployments may not consume excessive CPU or Bandwidth that degrades the performance of neighbors.
